ROLDAN publishes and operates the website accessible at the URL www.roldan.fr (hereinafter referred to as “the WEBSITE”), which is designed to present the company’s different ranges and products.
In the course of its operation of the WEBSITE, ROLDAN undertakes to implement appropriate measures to ensure its compliance with the principles of the amended French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as well as European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
The purpose of this Privacy and Cookie Management Policy is to inform the WEBSITE’s USERS as to how their personal information may be collected and processed by ROLDAN.

Regardless of how the data are collected, ROLDAN undertakes to inform the USER of the purposes of the processing, the required or optional nature of the requested information, any consequences to the USER if a response is not provided, the recipients of the data, the existence of the USER’s right to access, rectify or object to the processing of the USER’s personal data and how to exercise those rights.

In the event of communication of copies of identification documents, they will be stored for one (1) year in the case of data collection for the purpose of verifying the identity of a USER wishing to exercise the right to access or rectify personal data and for three (3) years in the case of data collection for the purpose of verifying the identity of a USER wishing to exercise the right to object.
